Definitions

“Deploy IQ”

Deploy IQ refers to the governed security and compliance platform delivered by Deploy IQ Pty Ltd and powered and backed by Exigo Tech Pty Ltd. Deploy IQ applies orchestrated AI capability with explicit human supervision to support secure, controlled, and traceable implementation of security and compliance outcomes.

“Services”

Services refer to the governed, human-in-the-loop security and compliance services delivered by Deploy IQ. These may include assessments, recommendations, documentation, implementation support, secure configuration changes, and managed or ongoing security and compliance services. Customers do not receive direct access to Deploy IQ's internal platform, orchestration engine, or AI components.

“Deliverables”

Deliverables are the outputs produced by Deploy IQ as part of the Services. Depending on contract scope, Deliverables may include:

• Reports, documentation, prioritisation outputs, and security or compliance artefacts
• Security configurations deployed through governed, human-approved workflows
• Compliance configurations, uplift activities, and implementation actions
• Evidence packages and technical documentation supporting compliance attainment where explicitly in scope

“Customer Data”

Customer Data refers to any information, documentation, or environment details provided by the customer for delivering the Services. Customers retain full ownership of their data.

Customers may request access to, export of, or return of their Customer Data, consistent with applicable law and contract terms.

“Third-Party Services”

Systems, tools, or platforms operated by external providers that Deploy IQ may interact with while delivering the Services. Deploy IQ is not responsible for their availability, performance, or security.

“Human-in-the-Loop” (HITL)

Human oversight applied to all AI-supported workflows. Humans set objectives, review outcomes, make decisions, and approve or reject actions.

“Agent”

A governed, domain-specific AI capability operating within Deploy IQ's controlled workflow, always subject to human review and approval.

“Agentic”

A governed operating model in which specialised AI agents perform bounded autonomous tasks within strict controls. Autonomy is limited, supervised, and never fully independent; humans hold final authority.

“AI Assistant”

An AI-driven support capability used to summarise information, surface insights, or guide interactions. AI Assistants do not make binding decisions.

“AI-Powered Platform”

Deploy IQ's orchestrated security and compliance system that incorporates governed AI functionality to accelerate analysis and decision support, with humans retaining accountability.

“Effective Date”

The date shown at the top of these Terms indicating the latest version in force.

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Deploy IQ website and your engagement with Deploy IQ's security and compliance services (“Services”). By using this website or engaging Deploy IQ, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

Deploy IQ may update these Terms at any time. The effective date will be shown at the top of this page.

2. Nature of the Services

Deploy IQ provides governed, human-in-the-loop security and compliance services. Customers do not receive direct access to Deploy IQ's internal platform, orchestration engine, or AI components.

Services may include assessments, recommendations, documentation, and implementation support. Specific scope is defined in written agreements.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, complete, and timely information
• Ensuring authorised access to relevant systems and context
• Reviewing, approving, or rejecting recommendations
• Managing internal risk decisions and regulatory obligations
• Ensuring their environment meets baseline technical and operational requirements

Deploy IQ is not responsible for issues arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the customer.

4. Deliverables

Deploy IQ may provide reports, documentation, recommendations, or other outputs (“Deliverables”). Unless explicitly defined in a contract:

• Deliverables are for internal organisational use only
• Deliverables support compliance readiness but do not constitute legal or certification outcomes
• Customers must review and validate all content before acting on it

Where compliance attainment is included in the contract scope, Deliverables, including documents, policies, technical artefacts, and evidence, will be produced in a form suitable for submission to regulators, auditors, or other authorities.

5. Intellectual Property

Deploy IQ retains ownership of all intellectual property, including methodologies, structures, templates, processes, and branding.

Customers retain ownership of their own data and grant Deploy IQ permission to use it solely for delivering the Services.

6. Data Handling and Privacy

Data is handled in accordance with the Deploy IQ Privacy Policy.

Customers retain full ownership of their data.

Customers may request access to, export of, or return of their data, consistent with applicable law and contract terms.

Deploy IQ processes Customer Data only for delivering the Services or as required by law.

7. Third-Party Dependencies

Deploy IQ may work with systems or tools operated by third-party providers. Deploy IQ is not responsible for the availability, performance, or security of these services.

8. Service Limitations

Deploy IQ does not guarantee:

• Prevention of cyber incidents
• Compliance certification
• Insurance approvals
• Uninterrupted delivery where delays arise from external dependencies

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

• Deploy IQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.
• Deploy IQ’s total liability is capped as set out in the applicable customer agreement or statement of work.
• Deploy IQ is not responsible for losses resulting from misconfiguration, misuse, unsupported environments, or customer decisions.

10. Suspension or Termination

Deploy IQ may suspend or terminate Services if:

• Information is withheld, inaccurate, or obstructed
• Misuse of Deliverables occurs
• Risks arise that prevent responsible delivery
• Terms or agreements are breached

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

12. Downloads

Deploy IQ may provide scripts, templates, or technical examples (“Downloadable Materials”) via its website for informational purposes only. These materials are not Services or Deliverables, are not tailored to any environment, and are provided “as is”.
Users are solely responsible for reviewing, testing (including in non‑production environments), and determining suitability before use.
To the extent permitted by law, Deploy IQ disclaims liability for any loss, disruption, misconfiguration, or security impact arising from use or misuse of Downloadable Materials."
